where do i start?
A pre-visit is a great way to ensure we are a good match for your pet. Please text or call to make a meet & greet date before booking your service.
What if I don't know what services I need?
No problem! Email us with questions or submit a meet & greet request. The more we learn about you and your pet the easier it will be to tailor a pet-care plan just for you.
Will my dog be off-leash?
Only off-leash time is in our home, enclosed backyard or dog park of your choosing. If you've booked our *Staycation* service, we will follow your home-safety protocols.
Do you pick up their poop?
Yes we doo! We never leave behind 'poo-prises' for our neighbors or yours.
Do you board more than dogs?
Absolutely! We also sit and board cats, and other small caged animals (birds, hamsters, guinea pigs)
do you offer pet transportation?
Yes, we've just added this service so message us with your specific needs and we will get you a quote ASAP!
Do you train dogs?
It's not a service we offer, but we do practice standard training when they're in our home. We try to implement Bark Buster training techniques that we were taught 19 years ago with our Puggle, Maizee.
How is payment handled?
Electronic payment is preferable:
Pay, Venmo, Cash App or PayPal.
When booking stays of 3 days or greater, we ask for 1 nights deposit to complete your reservation.
Please give 48 hours notice for cancellations, or 14 days for holiday bookings. *Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% fee or forfeit reservation deposit paid at booking.
What do I need to supply?
We ask that you provide a clean pet, your pet's favorite food, treats, comfort items (crate, blankets, toys, etc) to ensure the most comfortable stay.
If your pet has specific grooming or medical needs, please communicate his/her needs in advance so that we can make sure all other pets they come into contact with during their time with us are considered.
what if i have more than one pet?
We love boarding the whole family as long as we aren't fully booked! Ask about special rates for your second pet from the same household.
